CANCELLATIONS
Cabins: If cancelled 31+ days before your stay a $50.00 processing fee will be charged. Within 30 days of stay, deposit WILL NOT be refunded. Within 7 days, 100% of the quoted rate for the full duration of the stay will be charged to your credit card.
Motel Rooms: If cancelled 8+ days before stay, NO CHARGE. Within 7 days, 1st night rate will be charged.
Holidays: Cabins and Motel Rooms - If cancelled 31+ days before your stay, a $50 precessing fee will be charged. Within 30 days, your deposit will NOT be refunded. Within 7 days, 100% of the quoted rate for the full duration of the stay will be charged to your credit card.

Cleaning Requirements:
Cleaning Deposit: This will be charged per stay, per cabin. $50.00 will be refunded if cabins are clean, floors swept, dishes washed, dryed and put away, appliances wiped down, and floors and carpet free of dirt, mud, and stains. All towels and linnen accounted for and free of damage and/or stains of any kind. (DO NOT USE TOWEL, ETC... for wiping down your muddy shoes, bikes, etc...) There will be an added fee of $10.00 per linnen for any damaged, stained or missing linens.
PET cleaning deposit: WHEN PETS ARE ALLOWED, this fee will be charged per stay, per cabin or room. THis will be refunded if cabin/room is clean and free of any pet hair, stains, or damage of any kind. PET KENELS RECOMMENDED.
DEPOSIT REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED OR MAILED WITHIN
1 WEEK OF DEPARTURE DATE.
