Gather in one room, not six separate lobbies

The dining and recreation area gives your group a place to cook, eat, meet, and stay together.

Group Stay Questions

Common questions before a private buyout at Duck Creek Village Inn.

How many guests can you accommodate for a full property buyout?

A full buyout covers 6 hotel rooms and 3 cabins for up to 32 guests. The hotel sleeps 18, and the cabins add 14 more, including a loft cabin with a private hot tub.

Can we bring pets on a group trip?

Yes. All three cabins allow pets with a $50-per-stay pet fee. The hotel rooms do not allow pets, so groups with dogs split between cabins and rooms.

Is there a minimum night stay for a private buyout?

Most buyouts run two to four nights, and two nights is the usual minimum. Email us at hello@duckcreekvillageinn.com to talk through dates and pricing.

What is included in the dining and recreation area?

The shared dining and recreation area gives your group a full kitchen, tables for the whole crew, board games, lounge seating, and a firepit outside.

How far is Duck Creek Village from the nearest airport?

Cedar City Regional Airport (CDC) is about 45 minutes away. St. George Regional Airport (SGU) is about 90 minutes away. Las Vegas (LAS) is around three and a half hours and is the nearest major hub.

What is there to do near Duck Creek Village for a group?

Cedar Breaks National Monument is 30 minutes away, Bryce Canyon is about an hour, and Zion is 90 minutes. Groups also ride the Markagunt OHV system, fish Navajo Lake, hike Cascade Falls, and stargaze in one of the darkest skies in the country.

Do you host temporary or day events without overnight lodging?
