Rent the entire inn, the cabins, or both — up to 32 guests on the Markagunt Plateau
Duck Creek Village Inn is a boutique property small enough to take over completely. Book the hotel, the cabins, or the entire property and your group gets exclusive use — no shared hallways, no strangers at breakfast, no competing for the firepit. With up to 32 guests across 9 units, this is group lodging in southern Utah that actually feels private.
Lock down the whole property and skip the noise complaints. Hot tub, firepit, games, mountain air, and no strangers — the kind of party weekend where the group actually stays together.
Block rooms for the wedding party and give everyone a shared home base between Cedar Breaks and Bryce Canyon. Morning coffee on the balcony, evening recap around the firepit.
Trade the conference center for 9,000 feet of mountain quiet. Use the dining area for meetings, the cabins for breakout sessions, and the trails for the team-building nobody dreads.
Grandparents in a king suite, cousins in the cabins, kids everywhere in between. Shared meals in the dining area, stargazing from the firepit, and national parks within an hour.
A boutique mountain lodge beats a generic resort. Cook together, soak in the Forest Haven hot tub, explore Cedar Breaks, and actually talk to each other without resort crowds.
The Markagunt OHV system starts from Duck Creek. Park the trailers, gear up, ride all day, then regroup at the inn. Pet-friendly cabins for groups that bring the dogs along.
Shared Spaces
The dining and recreation area gives your group a real gathering space — not just a lobby. Cook meals together in the full kitchen, spread out board games after dinner, or use the tables for meetings and planning sessions.
Outside, the firepit area seats the whole crew for evening conversations under some of the darkest skies in the country. Parking handles trucks, trailers, and ATVs without issue.
Duck Creek Village sits at 8,600 feet on the Markagunt Plateau. From the inn, Cedar Breaks National Monument is 30 minutes, Bryce Canyon is about an hour, and Zion National Park is 90 minutes. Groups ride the Markagunt OHV system, fish at Navajo Lake, hike to Cascade Falls, and stargaze from the property itself.
What groups usually ask before they book a private buyout at Duck Creek Village Inn.
A full property buyout includes 6 hotel rooms and 3 cabins for up to 32 guests total. The hotel sleeps 18 across a mix of king and two-queen rooms, and the cabins sleep 14 more — including a king-and-queen loft cabin with a private hot tub.
Yes. All three cabins are pet-friendly with a $50-per-stay pet fee. The hotel rooms do not allow pets, so groups that include dogs typically split between pet-friendly cabins and hotel rooms.
We recommend a two-night minimum for buyouts, and most groups book two to four nights. Contact us directly at hello@duckcreekvillageinn.com to discuss dates and pricing for your group size.
The shared dining and recreation area has a full kitchen for group cooking, tables that seat the whole crew, board games, and comfortable lounge space. Outside, there is a firepit area with seating for evening gatherings.

Cedar Breaks National Monument is 30 minutes away, Bryce Canyon is about an hour, and Zion is 90 minutes. Groups also ride ATVs on the Markagunt OHV system, fish at Navajo Lake, hike to Cascade Falls, and stargaze in one of the darkest skies in the country.
