Bryce Canyon Full Moon Hikes
Ranger-led full moon hikes at Bryce Canyon with Recreation.gov reservations and moonlit 1-2 mile routes.
Bryce Canyon's full moon hikes are ranger-led moonlit walks that require Recreation.gov reservations, are limited to 25 hikers per night, and typically cover 1 to 2 miles. The 2026 schedule on the NPS page lists hikes in February, March, April, May, October, November, and December, with check-in at the Visitor Center and gear rules that include lug-soled shoes, red lights only, and no pets or children 7 and under. For Duck Creek guests, this is one of the park's most distinctive night-sky experiences and a strong reason to add a Bryce stop to a shoulder-season trip.
