Opening days and closing times vary by day of the week and by season, and they get shorter in winter: places close earlier, and some trim days rather than hours. Treat this as a starting point and confirm with the restaurant.

No fall or winter schedule is posted yet, so the times above are the last ones the shop published. Worth a call before an afternoon coffee run once the snow starts.

A family-run dining room with breakfast and dinner served all day, homemade pie, and a full soup and salad bar.
No separate winter schedule has been posted, and the family says they plan to run through the season. Storms can still change a day with no notice, so call 435-682-2484 before heading over after a storm.

Pub food with draft beer and cocktails: wings, sandwiches and fries, from late morning into the early evening.
Read the hours on dcpubandgrill.com carefully: the later closing times there belong to the Cedar City location. The Duck Creek room closes between 5 and 7 PM even in summer, so it suits a late lunch or an early dinner. No winter schedule has been posted yet.

About 40 minutes west on Highway 14, with a full range of restaurants and a supermarket. It is a mountain road with deer, no lighting and winter weather, so it works better as an afternoon plan than a late one.

Yes. 4 restaurants serve the village: Ground & Toasted, Aunt Sue's Chalet, Hot Mama's Pizza & Brew, and DC Pub & Grill. All four are on Movie Ranch Road, minutes from Duck Creek Village Inn, and food trucks or seasonal pop-ups sometimes add to the list.
Posted closing times currently run from mid afternoon to 8 PM, depending on the place and the day. Closing times get earlier in winter. Check the hours above for the restaurant you have in mind, then call to confirm.
Yes. Aunt Sue's Chalet posts hours on Tuesday. The others currently show Tuesday as a closed day in their summer schedule, so it is worth calling ahead or picking up something at the village store.
Ground & Toasted and Aunt Sue's Chalet both post an 8 AM opening, the earliest in the village. If you are leaving at first light for Bryce or Zion, plan on coffee at your cabin. Breakfast is included with rooms at the inn.

Hot Mama's Pizza & Brew is the pizza place in the village. It posts a four day week for the summer, so check the day before you plan pizza night.
Cedar Mountain Country Store / True Value carries groceries, snacks, drinks and the odd thing a cabin kitchen is missing. We do not publish hours for it because we have no first-hand schedule to stand behind. For a full supermarket, Cedar City is about 40 minutes west on Highway 14.
