Why this works

What a Crew Gets Here

  1. A real front desk

We're one of the only places in Duck Creek Village with a staffed front desk. If the crew needs something, ask at the desk. We keep a small selection of drinks and snacks there, and we're glad to suggest where to eat, where to grab supplies, and how the roads look.

  2. Room for trucks and trailers

The inn's parking lots have plenty of space for work trucks and trailers, and parking is free. Trailers park at the inn, not at the cabins, where the lots are sized for vehicles only.

  3. Rest, WiFi, and a plowed road

This is a small, family-run inn with six rooms, not a big hotel. WiFi is included in every room and cabin, and UT-14 to the village is plowed all winter.

Contractor and Crew Lodging Questions

Practical answers for site managers, office staff, and contractors booking lodging in Duck Creek Village.

Is there someone on site if the crew needs something?

Yes. The inn has a staffed front desk, which is rare up here. The desk can help with things the crew needs, keeps a small selection of drinks and snacks, and can suggest where to eat, where to grab supplies, and how the roads look.

How do I book several rooms for a crew?

Book online through our booking calendar, which shows available dates. If you would rather set it up with a person, call or email the inn with your headcount and dates. The inn has six rooms and three cabins.

Do you offer a discount for weekly crew stays?

Yes. Staying a week or more? Call us and we'll apply a weekly discount.

Can our company pay directly?

Yes. Companies can be billed directly, and we provide an itemized invoice that works for billing and expense reports.

Should my crew stay in rooms or cabins?

Rooms sleep two to four and include a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Cabins are separate buildings with full kitchens for crews who want to cook. Bear and Moose sleep four each, Forest Haven sleeps up to six, and Bear and Moose booked together sleep eight.

Where do work trucks and trailers park?

In the inn's parking lots, which have plenty of room for work trucks and trailers. Trailers stay at the inn rather than at the cabins, where the lots are sized for vehicles only.

Is the road to Duck Creek Village open in winter?

UT-14 to the village is plowed all winter. During storms UDOT can require traction devices on Highway 14, so check road conditions before your crew drives up.
